As with all my Biolite product, I am enjoying this one, i really like the candle option, i just wish the product would be a bit less expensive otherwise, great stuff and the customer service is always amazing and hence reason for me buying from the company

This lantern is awesome! I love sitting on the deck at night with it. When the multi colours are swirling around it’s like a modern version of a lava lamp. So relaxing…sigh…smiling emoji.

Great output for lighting a covered shelter. Was enough light to play a late night D&D session with no problems reading the books. THe players made it out of the rat king’s lair without any deaths. Highly recommend for the campsite and the adventure. This was a great mood setter and best tool for the sessions.

We took the AlpenGlow 500 camping with us over the weekend and it was a great lantern! The kids loved all of the different color options, and we loved the flickering candle mode. We sat around the "candle" talking long after the sun had set. The lantern is easy to charge, easy to use, and highly practical on camping adventures. We highly recommend it!
