So far, I’m quite pleased with the light. As far as meeting my expectations, I would give it 5 stars, but in my appraisal of things: a 5th star should be earned for a reasonable time of trouble free use.
If asked to evaluate this product a year from now, I would give it a 5 star rating if it still works nearly as well, (assuming battery degradation as a fact of physics.)
