Finally! My FirePit system is complete! Solid construction and a smoke-free fit.
Along with the grill and griddle, I now have an incredibly efficient and mobile bio-mass burner, oven, smoker, and heater. I've rendered logs to charcoal for later fires, burned pellets, and cleaned up fallen leaves so far. The upright locking cool-touch handles allow me to safely move the FirePit (and lid) wherever I need to and it's a comfortable height to use while seated. The top damper seals well and supports smoke curing as well as more efficient gasification and cleaner burns.

Love this lid! Helps to cook fast and opens up your cooking to other avenues.

This lid keeps all the embers from escaping. It transforms the fire from an open pit to a bbq sized covered fire pit. Cannot wait to bake things using this lid. Wonderful addition to the FirePit.
