This is the worse vacuum I have ever owned. I have sent it in to be repaired, and only used it 4 times. I received it back and used it for 3 seconds and it stopped. Looked in checked the inside and found that LG had not worked on my vacuum because the obstructions inside the vacuum had not been removed. I cleaned the vacuum of obstruction turned on and vacuumed for approximately 30 seconds it sounded alarm for obstruction, looked inside nothing. This product is frustrating, can not handle pet hair, does not operate more than 30 seconds, and your service department is dependable to fix the problem

I have had this vacuum for about 2 weeks and I’m obsessed. I had always had a stick vacuum for about 10 years, and hated having to empty it constantly when I vacuumed. I have 2 dogs, and the hair filled up my Dyson in 10 minutes. Then I would have to pull the dog hair out with my fingers. Ugh!! It was horrible. Now that I have the LG auto emptying vacuum, it is an absolute pleasure vacuuming my house. I never have to pull dog hair out to empty the vacuum again. What a game changer. Worth every penny!!!! I cannot recommend this vacuum enough.

I love the look of this vacuum and there are so many smart things built into the design like the lever to condense the debris inside the vacuum, and the way that the stand so cleanly stores all the accessories, but sadly there are several things that need to improve to make this the perfect vacuum. Firstly, for some debris like basic dust and dirt this vacuum works really well, but for other things like small rocks, beads, or anything on the larger side, it just kicks them around and doesn’t usually pick it up. There is no setting to adjust or replacement brush that will allow for this kind of debris and I always end up just bending over and picking up things that the vacuum should have been able to suck up in its own. Secondly, the stand is beautiful and amazing in so many ways and I love just replacing the bag in the stand every few months and not having to even thing about it that often, but the way that the door on the bottom of the vacuum opens to empty itself, almost always closes back up with some bits of debris and hair hanging out of it.

Won't pick up small debris

Have it for almost a year. Mop doesn't do good on vinyl flooring. Vacuum only works good only on turbo mode. Only picks up dirt and lint. It DOES NOT pick up anything else. Even small pieces of rice don't even pick up. Needs to be able to adjust to be able to pick up debris. If I could do it over. I would buy a Dyson instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically it has all features to get good hold of this stick vacuum cleaner. Its very light in weight and very easy to maneuver. This stick has inbuilt feature to adjust the height which is pretty cool. Its much quieter than traditional heavy duty vacuum cleaner but little nosier than its competitor.
Vacuum cleaner is highly efficient in cleaning the floor. Highly effective on every thickness of the carpet. If small carpets roll in the vacuum cleaner, just stop the vacuums cleaner and it easily comes off. It works just fine. Smooth in operation. Mop feature is also highly effective. Battery life is pretty good. It comes with spare battery so no issue of running out of juice. Really impressed with its aesthetic.
Tower is designed just to the perfection. Its compact in nature. Looks good. It can accommodate attachments which was impressive. (which helps a lot in our case) Emptying the vacuum cleaner in auto mode is absolutely easy, just hang it up and it will job for you. No mess at all. This tower can charge both batteries at a time including one installed in the cleaner.
This is impressive setup and clean way to use the vacuum. Highly recommended.
