Glass Knox Issue

I was given a 12 cup Percolator for Christmas. After approximately 20 uses (I washed it by hand after each use), the glass knob broke. I am looking at purchasing a Faberware replacement Knob and I can’t find one. I am very disappointed and frustrated that it broke 6 weeks after getting this gift.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This makes very good coffee, the issue i have is that the glass top cracked easily. Is there a replacement that I can purchase ?

It's been a year or two since I got hold of my 8 cup Yosemite. I was a mite concerned by the problems cited in many customer critiques. But I loved the look of the thing, and I made a point of treating it as gently as I would a newborn. And so far, my mornings with a cup of hot coffee have been wonderful. I've even had guests who've enjoyed the cup poured, and who knows where any one of them usually gets coffee. Thanks for a good product.

Handle cracks and is dangerous

Everything about this pot is great except for the handle. I've had two now and what happens pretty quickly after normal use is that the handle splits/cracks at the seam. Farberware will replace the whole pot which is a waste and a shame when all they need to do is create a better handle or replace the part. I'm sorry to recommend that you do not buy this which is too bad because it is excellent in every other way.

Poorly constructed

I've replaced this pot several times over the years. The black plastic gasket always breaks and the glass know doesn't sit well.
