terrible coffeepot - too large, it starts making noises right from the start like its elon musk's space ship ready to blast off. also, due to the design of the rim where it curls under, it does not empty out completely - have to use a paper towel to blot out the excess water????????? I have purchased your products for percolator coffee for almost 50 years, AND THIS IS THE WORST ONE!!!!!!

the percolator was defective right out of the box. because you no longer support this product, having no replacement parts. it makes no sense to keep it.
