Have now 2 machines (one for our summer home) and love the adjustments and 6 different type of coffees. The latte go is brilliant

I chose this product because of all of the different types of coffee/expresso's that it does make. All "DEIICIOUS". Also because of how simple it is to use. Thank you for making this machine. ***** STAR.

This product is too restrictive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My machine broke down after 3 months of use. It did not suck water any longer. Still working on getting it fixed. Overall it is an easy to use machine. However the milk frothing option is different. Since you only put an estimated amount of milk in the container you will end up throwing milk away every time. Also you can not use the milk frother without making coffee. No option available for that. Now if it would only work!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is far more complicated to setup and use than I expected. I previously owned a Nespresso coffee machine, which was far easier to use. Further, it had several packaging stickers that require serious effort (and chemicals) to remove.

He was thrilled and has been enjoying all of the variety of coffees this expresso machine makes. While I am not a caffiene drinker, my enjoyment of a cup of real decalf has grown . We love the flexibility of this machine. The maintenance is quick and easy and it looks great sitting on our counter.
