[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having issues with the machine detecting the water level. Even though the container is full, sometimes I have to remove it and slide it back a few times for the level to be detected. I realized that it is quite hard to get support. Other than that, we love the expresso machine.

This Phillips 32000 has a small footprint on the counter, brews espresso, regular coffee, and cappuccino well, and can be adjusted to make only hot water or steamed milk. At this price point, it's the best around!
