[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am over the moon with my machine, I have been longing for one for years after visiting a friend in Virginia who has one. The ease of use is by far what sets this machine apart from others, it's so easy to use. I also have begun to consume less volume of coffee compared to when I drank drip or a French press, the espresso just hits better and also has less acidity which my gut appreciates. WHile the machine does require some maintenance I find the weekly and monthly routine easy to keep up with. Do yourself a favor and get one.

Had lots of trouble figuring out the 1 spoon decaf and the order you must do it in. Went through lots of coffee trying to figure it out.

Everything is great except one mystery feature

The only mystery I have not been able to solve is that just before the coffee starts to drip, there is water coming out diluting the coffee. Other than that, it is a great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have spent more money on a better option. The water reservoir never closes properly so I find myself open and closing until it decides to engage properly but it’s a bit stressful not knowing if I’m going to get my espresso or not.
It took about 10 days before the coffee grinds were almost puck formed.
The latte and cappuccino are very watery and extremely small.
I’m unhappy with my purchase and I don’t recommend this.
