When I got my Philips machine, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the grinding process is. My other favorite thing about the machine is how easy it is to pull the water reservoir out to refill. Straight out, fill, straight back in. Simple. Emptying the lower tray of water and grounds is also super easy. I love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the machine and use it everyday. We use all of the settings so there is something for everyone. The only downside is the machine is loud. It would be perfect if it wasn't so loud. We would recommed this machine even with the loud grinding sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use and makes some of the best coffee I have ever had quickly and easily. Only 2 minor issues. First the instruction manual is almost useless. I had to go on the internet to learn how to operate it. Once I did that, it was super easy. The other thing is that after about 4 cups of coffee it wants me to empty the grounds and won’t let me continue until I do. At that point, however, the container is less than a quarter full of grounds.
