[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Philips 3200. It works well every time, and the manual controls allows us to make the perfect drink each time we use it. It has been easy to maintain so far. We are coming up to our 500 cup schedule so we will be getting ready to perform it's lubrication action. We appreciate the amount of help we received for the machine and we a glad we purchased a Philips brand product.

Individual programming, and you can adjust the amount of coffee or water you want every time. Great grinder and easy access to water tank and bean. Perfect that it has a pre ground coffee option. Wish could also be a separate function to have milk froth added for example to a pre ground coffee.

We were surprised how much better the coffee tasted than our Aeropress coffee (which was our previous method). We really enjoy the latte-go milk frother. It has been easy to use, clean and maintain.
