[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned this after two days. The coffee was weak, took a long time for one cup, and the size could not be adjusted without diluting the strength. I was so excited to receive this and extremely disappointed when I used it. I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine keeps having me put water in when it is not even half way down, and sometimes will work once after I fill it and then the water light is on again.
The water container itself tries to separate at the top after I fill it so I almost drop it. I can't fit a tall mug under it even with the spout slide all the way up.
I have almost made a mess with the milk as there isn't a lot of space to position the cup especially if it is a large round mug for the feather spout to sit correctly over the cup.
You can't froth or steam cream, only half and half or lighter consistency.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my 3200 for a few months now and it is working great. No problems at all. Setup was easy. Coffee, lattes Capps and americanos all taste great. Cleaning the unit has been easy. Usually have two double americanos in the morning and maybe a latte or a cappuccino in the afternoon.
