Okay but not fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are happy with the espresso machine. However, we find 2 flaws - 1) The machine doesn’t produce enough milk. The lines on the milk container do not correlate to the milk going into the drink. 2) the coffee/espresso does not have as good a flavor as other machines or French presses produce.
We sent our machine back to be inspected/fixed and are waiting for return.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very touchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine keeps having me put water in when it is not even half way down, and sometimes will work once after I fill it and then the water light is on again.
The water container itself tries to separate at the top after I fill it so I almost drop it. I can't fit a tall mug under it even with the spout slide all the way up.
I have almost made a mess with the milk as there isn't a lot of space to position the cup especially if it is a large round mug for the feather spout to sit correctly over the cup.
You can't froth or steam cream, only half and half or lighter consistency.
I would recommend this to a friend!
