[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give this 5 stars for many reasons- The milk frother is amazing and so easy to use. It gives great results with wonderful foamy milk. I love all the adjustments you can make to personalize your coffee- from ground size to amount, to strength, to temperature. The beans are kept fresh. It requires minimal maintenance to keep it running great. I have never enjoyed a cup of coffee more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 3200 espresso maker has been everything I hoped it would be! Replaced a Jura and this is much easier. Love how easy to keep clean. Latte-go is improvement also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are happy with the espresso machine. However, we find 2 flaws - 1) The machine doesn’t produce enough milk. The lines on the milk container do not correlate to the milk going into the drink. 2) the coffee/espresso does not have as good a flavor as other machines or French presses produce.
We sent our machine back to be inspected/fixed and are waiting for return.
