If you love fresh craft coffee-this 3200 is a must

We have run the gamut of all the machines starting out with our trusty Bunn, to all the variations of Keurig, to various espresso machine setups and this Phillips 3200 tops them all. First, to have FRESH ground coffee on demand without having to grind/tamp/brew is amazing at 530 am. Knowing you’re not drinking out of hot plastic moldy pods is a huge comfort. Espresso for me, coffee for my husband and lattes for our college kids all how you like it from one machine at the touch of a button has completely been a game changer and honestly a money saver because we can brew craft drinks from home NOT from expensive pods or waiting in the drive thru at overpriced coffee houses. This machine is a workhorse and usually brews at least 20-25 drinks a day for this family of 5 who primarily works from home.
The taste is also unmatched. To have all the fresh brewed coffee crème goodness on top of your black coffee is just such a treat.
Have I mentioned zero mess? The fact that you don’t have to grind and pour into the tamper and clean the contraption and get your sink and garbage filthy after every cup is a game changer. I empty the cute little pucks in my compost bin twice a day. No mess no waste.
My only wish was the bean hopper up top was bigger so I didn’t have to refill the beans as often but honestly most people don’t drink coffee as much as we do.
This is not a regrettable purchase, in fact after having it for months my husband and I still comment on how much we just love the taste and convenience of our new coffee setup with the Philips 3200
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was pretty excited when I bought my 3200, was looking forward to having great coffee at home at the press of the button. Sadly that was not the case with the machine I received. Despite attempting the recommended process and trying a variety of beans, my 3200 was completely incapable of forming consistent pucks of coffee, more so brown sludge was what was entering my grounds tray. The volume of the drinks produced was also terrible, most of my water seemed to be in the drip tray rather than the coffee cup. From other reviews I understand that this can be a great machine for some people. but sadly I received one that was defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this during a Black Friday deal and have had it for about 6 months at this point. It's been working great since we set it up. We are not espresso experts or huge coffee snobs, but also appreciate something beyond a standard coffee maker. This unit has met all of our expectations and makes delicious espresso. It's so easy to use and the maintenance is a breeze. The only thing I find myself wanting with this machine is a milk froth/foam only button. There is a workaround, but I wish it was a built-in function.

Great Features & Easy To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up, program how we liked our coffee and use.
The one downside is that you can't see the designations and lines for the single cappuccino, latte, double cappuccino on the black area of the milk frother/dispenser. (See Attached Photo) It makes it very very hard to see if you are pouring in the right amount of milk. Make them white so they stand out if you ever update the model.

Worked for 3 days only, very bad experience

Very bad experience, coffee maker worked for 3 days only. The grinder was working but it was not brewing coffee, looks like something clogged inside even with water tank full. I tried to restore to factory settings 3 or 4 times but the problem came back again. Sometimes it worked fine but suddenly stopped. It looks like a design issue or not well tested before shipment. Very bad impression, I lost almost a bag of ground coffee not brewed by this coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
