Owned for 3 months, worked great in the beginning, grinder broke, and the company refused to replace the broken product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was pretty excited when I bought my 3200, was looking forward to having great coffee at home at the press of the button. Sadly that was not the case with the machine I received. Despite attempting the recommended process and trying a variety of beans, my 3200 was completely incapable of forming consistent pucks of coffee, more so brown sludge was what was entering my grounds tray. The volume of the drinks produced was also terrible, most of my water seemed to be in the drip tray rather than the coffee cup. From other reviews I understand that this can be a great machine for some people. but sadly I received one that was defective.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this during a Black Friday deal and have had it for about 6 months at this point. It's been working great since we set it up. We are not espresso experts or huge coffee snobs, but also appreciate something beyond a standard coffee maker. This unit has met all of our expectations and makes delicious espresso. It's so easy to use and the maintenance is a breeze. The only thing I find myself wanting with this machine is a milk froth/foam only button. There is a workaround, but I wish it was a built-in function.

Worked for 3 days only, very bad experience

Very bad experience, coffee maker worked for 3 days only. The grinder was working but it was not brewing coffee, looks like something clogged inside even with water tank full. I tried to restore to factory settings 3 or 4 times but the problem came back again. Sometimes it worked fine but suddenly stopped. It looks like a design issue or not well tested before shipment. Very bad impression, I lost almost a bag of ground coffee not brewed by this coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been hunting for the perfect automatic espresso maker. I finally made the leap after finding this gem. With the price being just right for me and the promise of 5 amazing types of caffeine filled goodness. After a month of having my machine. I can testify with confidence, this machine ROCKS. I love the simplicity of brewing and the way it looks in my kitchen. I plan to share this with my Instagram followers soon. Do yourself a favor get this machine!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this espresso latte machine!!! I am so pleased with the taste of the coffee, no problem grinding any type of beans. I asked the consultant many many questions before making this purchase. This is by far the most expensive coffee machine I ever bought. It is so easy to operate and clean. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee, a perfect!
