[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that one machine can do so much from grinding the beans to finishing the drink is amazing; 9 out of 10 times, when it works. The quality of the coffee is not the same as a coffee shop but it's pretty good. The problem is the milk carafe. It needs a better design. It often leaks, no matter how much you clean it. (Philips says it is likely due to milk residue)

Saves a lot of counter space by not needing grinder, frother, scale, hot water kettle, Etc. everything is all in one. Everything is adjustable to suit your taste from weak to strong beverages. I will be using this every day. Thanks for a great machine.

How do i make the Frother hotter

i have set to the highest setting for temperature on the unit but when frothing 1% milk i am only getting 128 degrees on my latte, i would like this to be hotter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried everything from the French press, percolators, pour overs, expensive to inexpensive coffee makers to a mocha pot, trying to get a good cup of coffee at home, even using a water purifier. Finally, after another subpar cup of coffee, I decided to buy an automatic espresso that was idiot proof. This machine is easy to use, and makes a good cup. Latte’s cappuccino, espresso, and just a regular coffee all are better than what I was having. The beans used are very important too.
