[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Under the guarantee the coffee maker works better than before. All through it was hard to get the guarantee to cover the repairs even thought I registered the product at the time I received it as a gift. Seems the repair company is not part of Philips and could not see the registration so much for registering it. Just be sure to save all the documentation emails when you register it you will need them.

It makes the coffee/espresso/latte/americano the same taste every time. Every time. So easy to push a button and walk away while I’m getting ready for work in the morning. Only downside I’ve seen so far is that the cups are small. I have to do three americanos to fill my to go cup, but I just push a button, walk away, come back about 5 minute later and do it again, and so on.
It makes the coffee/espresso/latte/americano the same taste every time. Every time. So easy to push a button and walk away while I’m getting ready for work in the morning. I’ve cleaned the brew group and it was super easy, easy to take apart and easy to put back together. Definitely a necessity about once a month as the inside of the machine gets gross with coffee grounds and the dampness can lead to mildew and mold.
A friend of mine had this machine and I had coveted it for a year, having a hard time justifying the price. During that time, I spent so much money on coffee shop coffee and wasted coffee pot brews at home that tasted bad, i wish I’d have bought this sooner. No question for me now.
