[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love the machine for coffee and espresso but will eventually try the other features. I use the darkest roast in order to get the taste we enjoy but using other brewing methods I tended to use medium roast to get that flavor. It seemed the filter wore out pretty quickly in about 2 months so was a little surprised at that since we brew about 5 cups a day which brings it to around 300 cups over two months. I thought I read it was good for 500?? Another problem I’ve experienced off and on is when I go to brew ground coffee sometimes I only get colored water but when I try again using more ground coffee it works fine. This doesn’t happen all the time maybe once or twice a week but it’s a pain and I’m not sure what’s going on.

Regarding the filter life, it is typically designed to last for around 500 cups, but this can vary depending on water hardness, type of coffee, and other factors. As for the inconsistent brewing issue, it might be related to the coffee grind size or the amount used. When the coffee is too coarse or the amount is too small, it might result in a weaker brew. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso maker is easy to use and has a convenient milk frother unit that is easy to clean. However the water refill sensor doesn't function properly. Every time I turn the machine on, whether the water compartment is full or near empty, the refill light comes on and I can't do anything until I slide the tank off and put it back in place. For the money I spent on it, I'd expect not to have any issues at all.

I just simply love it, it's easy to use and the result is wonderful, every morning I start my day with a coffee or a cappuccino made by this fantastic machine. Like everything that you care about, it needs some cleaning and maintenance on daily/weekly/monthly bases. but all are easy and worth it. highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great investment if you want Barista drinks at home and for plain coffee it's fantastic and the milk frother works well for Latte's turning out coffee cafe drinks every time. Easy to refill water tank and easy to clean used coffee grounds too.

This machine can make a variety of great coffee drinks from espresso to just coffee and makes them all well. However I thought I had a purchased a dud because it would grind beans start the brewing process but no coffee would appear. The machine would just shut itself off. After some troubleshooting turned out the problem was the water filter that was included. I have to regularly 'reset' the filter which is annoying and ends up wasting coffee. When the machine works it works well and makes very good coffee at this price point I would certainly expect that just hoped for a little less grief.

The machine is easy to use, but for only two things the use of powdered coffee; it is not intuitive enough, and the steaming of the milk is ok but can be better.
