AThe product is easy to use and makes frothy espresso beverages. I find that it does not heat milk enough at times and the beverages are on the small side. The product might be better suited to European market
then North American market. Also when using coffe grounds the machine does not hold enough so a coffee tends to be weak. I prefer an Americano which it produces perfectly.
