[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice and easy to use machine. Makes great coffees. My only complaint is from two major limitations. 1. It is REALLY inconvenient to fill up a larger mug/cup of coffee. This is really designed around smaller cups. 2. There is no feature to dispense steamed milk on it's own. This is a major limitation for customizing one's drinks. For the price of the machine this really needs to be available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I got this on Prime Day. If I had paid full price it would be going back. It is fine, the features are cool and it works decent enough, but I’m not over the moon with it. This is most definitely aimed at the convenience over quality crowd in my opinion. I have owned a manual tamping espresso machine before and was excited thinking this would compare and it just doesn’t. It always seems to over saturate the shot and it ends up being obviously watery. I will say if you aren’t overly concerned with the perfect shot this will probably work for you. It is very convenient and offers a wide range of drink options.

Maintenance is simple and though I have not needed any yet, replacement parts are readily available. My wife and I go through about 30 oz of coffee beans a month making this about $1.75 a day over a 3 year period for us both to drink great coffee.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine would brew coffee well, but anytime I would select a milk-based drink, it would not brew a consistent volume. Sometimes it would not dispense any liquid at all. The machine would grind beans and then dump them into the discard bin. It would also leak the entire contents of the water tank onto the counter within an hour of being filled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does not operate as the reviews have led on. It is not user friendly. It is extremely LOUD. Sometimes, even with pressing the “x2” feature, the cups do not get full. Overall, I would look elsewhere.

The amount of water that collects in the drip tray seems excessive but i guess im just not used to emptying the tray once a day. The espresso shots are excellent and i consistently get better tasting shots vs an older Saeco machine.
