[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the learning curve to making tasty coffee drinks is very steep; I was making delicious drinks in my first attempts. The machine is aesthetically pleasing and relatively easy to clean. The brew head is easy to remove and clean, but a bit tricky at first to reinstall. The grounds basket and water preheat waste builds up quickly and I wish the water tank were a bit larger. I wish there were an option for plain steamed milk also. Drink options are easy to choose and customize.
Overall the machine works well and does what it is designed for. I would have no qualms recommending one for purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing expresso machine I was looking for machine meet certain criteria. Fully automated. No pipe system for milk whipping. Removable milk container. Able to make coffees one after another without waiting for boiler to heat up. I also remove from my kitchen countertops water kettle, since I can dispense hot water from my machine . Wow! I got everything in one machine ! I make between 6-8 coffees per day and all kind of coffees are delicious.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A true fully automatic machine--grinds dispenses the right strength and volume of coffee or espresso, and can heat and/or foam the milk. Much quieter grinding than my old (15 years) Saeco. Front access to water and grounds disposal is much easier. Only downsides: 1. water level in the reservoir is only visible from the side, and we have it placed so we can't see it. 2. Some customizations are limited for obscure reasons. For example I can only modify the maximum water volume in my espresso, not the minimum, which means I have to stop the machine to get the thimbleful I sometimes want. 3. Machine does use a surprising amount of water to rinse before and after each drink, and when turning off. 4. The automatic steamer produces great foam consistently -- but I can't practice latte art easily. (With previous manual steam wand, my practice never produced anything "'grammable anyway!)

I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this unit 2 years ago and since then the grinder has stopped working and no the unit is unable to suction water. I would not recommend spending the money on this one since it will not last you a reasonable amount of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent coffee beverages, especially the Latte Macchiato. Ease of cleaning the brew group a real advantage over similar, and more expensive, machines.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble and to use. The integrated grinder and automated milk foamed was really a game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This maker is a solid workhorse that makes a great cup of coffee,Espresso or Latte. It takes about 3 days of making coffee for the machine to get fully calibrated. The first few times the coffee bin was filled with a mush of grounds. After that initial set up it now spits our perfect little pucks. Though this is an expensive machine, I have found it well worth the investment. Buy with confidence this machine is AWESOME!!
