[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this machine, the coffee is great and very smooth. The lattes/cappucinos are good as well, with a good milk ratio and froth as long as you use appropriate milk. There are 2 features that I wish it included: it does not alert when beans are low in the hopper (but informs about water, and when to empty the grounds). I also wish it could do only steamed milk (no coffee).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact superautomatic machine purchased as replacement for larger, more complicated Jura that broke down every few years. Pre-programmed drinks offer slightly less flexibility, but well-chosen options. Frother attachment is excellent! I love being able to brew a cappucino by pressing one button, then rinsing the milk container while the coffee brews. Double quantity of coffee requires two separate brewings (one button; you get used to it). It looks as if machine can be serviced locally if needed.

Good product when working

We had to wait one month after we sent back our lattego 3200 series that wasn’t working. They sent us the latest version of the 3241 but we immediately noticed the Americano button was switched with an iced coffee option. Not sure how we feel about that as we really liked the Americano the prior machine made. Also this new machine only allows us to dispense 8 ounces maximum at a time. The prior one did 12 ounces.
Let’s pray this one doesn’t stop working like the first one! Otherwise coffee convenience and taste is great!
