No matter what coffee beans I use it has this plasticy bitter taste I played around with all the settings but I still taste plastic
Sadly I can't return it and I don't know what else to do.
Another frustrating part is I have to press multiple times on the buttons for it to recognize my input .. hard to press Very disappointed and I am using my other old machine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is awesome! Always makes a great cup of coffee. Have stopped buying coffee at coffee shops. Love that you have all the options. The reason for a 4 rating is the start button sometimes is touchy. It takes multiple pushes to make it work. The machine is very easy to clean.Would highly recommend this machine!
