I chose this rating because after buying it 5 weeks ago and we went on vacation for1 week, it doesn’t work and it’s at the repair shop. I can’t believe that the machine cannot be replaced after 5 weeks. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Coffee has been very good and it is dependent on your choice of beans, remember not to use oily beans, which can be a challenge to find if you like a bold coffee

The included filter continues to provide pure water and I've been using both the coffee bean grinder and the handy ground dispenser to make all my favorite coffee drinks. Great product!

It was easy to figure out how to make all the different types of coffee and has programmed settings for each one. My favorite coffee beans to use in it are the Lavazza Super Crema.
