WHO NEEDS DRIVE THROUGH?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 3200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine w/ LatteGo & Iced Coffee Machine is a coffee lovers DREAM!! Out of the box it can be intimidating but if you follow the easy-to-understand directions you will be making your favorite coffee drinks in practically minutes! It isn't much bigger than your typical coffee maker and fits nicely on my kitchen counter under my cabinets. You can make practically anything coffee related with this machine. I will never have to pay those expensive prices at the drive-through and I will always know what is in my beverage. The added plus is that you can grind your own beans and make your own froth!! I would highly suggest this machine to anyone who loves a great cup of coffee, latte, macchiato, or expresso !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years my husband and I have had to have 2 coffee machines. An espresso for me and a regular coffee pot for him. For once he is happy with my especially machine. It is very easy to use and I think that's the difference for him. I love that it can use both grounds and whole beans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it has the highest quality parts and ease of use/cleaning at this price point. I didn’t realize that with latte go you can’t steam milk by itself, so if you want to steam milk for hot cocoa or something you really can’t. I would recommend getting the version where you steam your own milk so you have more control of the quantity.

No concern with shipping as the unit was packaged sufficiently to withstand transport. All parts of the unit were well protected. There was even a handled included which made removing the unit from the box hassle-free. The machine is beautifully designed with absolute top quality materials and finishes. Set up was easy and you only need to initiate a cleaning cycle before use. The water heats quickly. There are multiple options for coffee which will satisfy just about any household. There is also the option to use ground or whole coffee beans. This machine boasts 12 grind options! Nothing like a cup of fresh ground coffee. This machine is fully automatic with customizable options for the perfect cup. The dispensing spout is adjust for multiple cup sizes. Also comes with a frother that can be stored in the fridge for later use. This machine is well worth every penny. You can’t ask for much more. Well done, Phillips! I would definitely recommend

Basic Coffee Machine

The machine looks beautiful but the coffee was watered down and did not make a good cup. I was disappointed in the performance of this higher end machine. The milk froth was great, but the overall drinks were nothing special.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s unfortunate to hear that the coffee quality itself isn’t what you expected. Allow us to share some troubleshooting tips that might solve the watery coffee issue.
Firstly, after purchasing it’s required to brew at least 5 cups of coffee off the bat. After this, there could be a number of things that may influence the quality. For example, a dirty brew group or a clogged coffee funnel. The grinder settings also influence the taste of the coffee. When the coffee beans are too fine, they might not absorb the water correctly, resulting in more water getting through to the cup. Lastly, the machine settings can be adjusted to get a stronger brew as well: To increase the strength, choose the highest aroma setting, set the grinder to a finer grind and select medium cup volume.
