Best thing to ever happen to my mornings. Unfortunately for my sleepy girlfriend, it is VERY loud. Worth it haha

Makes a great cup of coffee BE AWARE OF WARRANTY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the coffee maker itself is amazing! We have had it and it makes the best cup of coffee I have had in awhile. The only issue is ours seems to be broken and doesnt make a regular cup of coffee anymore. So the warranty states you need to buy a box, secure the coffee maker and send it out for 2-4 weeks to be serviced or they will send you a new one. They have 2 locations for service, Michigan and California. So that means you spent a ton of money on a coffee maker to be without one for 4-6 weeks (when you factor in shipping times). Does seem right.

We recently bought a Phillips fully automatic esprrsso machine and so far we are very pleased with it.It makes amazing, fresh and fine smelling coffee just perfectly.
Pros: perfect foam, easy clean, different types of drinks

Received my Latte Go yesterday afternoon and set it up - easy. Made a chocolate and raspberry latte 1st thing this AM - wonderful!! I am NOT a coffee snob but I sure know bad coffee from mediocre coffee and great coffee. I only use Sumatran beans for my coffee (OK, maybe I'm half a coffee snob....) Machine does its job very well, the product was delicious. Very easy to use and clean.

yummy espresso drinks for the price

I've been craving an affordable fully automatic at-home espresso machine for 10 years (since my last one died). after months of researching and agonizing over which machine would suit my needs best, I bought my Phillips. I've been using it for several months and tho the espresso drinks are delish, I would have liked a larger bean hopper that doesn't require filling every other day and where I don't have to actively engage to move the beans down into the grinder. I also would have liked a bit larger water reservoir so I'm not refilling that every 6 cups of espresso. my husband and I pour 3-4 double shots each, each morning. all that being said, the dump tray holds a fair amount of pods and water so I'm not cleaning that out every other cup AND I appreciate the 5000 cup limit before having to clean the guts and change the filter. I haven't used the milk frother yet cause I have a separate frothing machine that works just fine, but I'm sure I'll get to using it sooner or later. all in all, I'm pleased with my Phillips (Saeco) machine and look forward to my morning cup(s) of espresso now.

Broke after 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you drink high volumes of coffee, don't purchase this. The grinder for beans broke after 2 months. The warranty covered the fix, which broke again the day we received it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine makes really great drinks and is easy to use and maintain. I really like auto features for grinding coffee for making espressos. The milk froth system is great as well.
I wish there was the ability to program a start time to make your first cup. The water sensor is sensitive and doesn’t recognize water availability with accuracy all of the time. This requires re-seating of the water carafe a few times.
