[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only thing I don't like about it is how loud it is and that the beans in the hopper need to be pushed down manually when the hopper gets to about 50%, the beans don't fall towards the grinder.

Grinder is excellent.
Makes great latte's, americanos, capuchinos etc. Milk frother is the best part, easy to use and clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, the machine makes awesome tasting coffee and latte's, etc. Absolutely love it. It is very simple to use, it is very simple to maintain, and it makes wonderful drinks. I love the all-in-one nature of it as well (grinds the beans as it makes the drinks). There are a couple of things that could have been done a little better though: 1. We have to double all the drinks in order to get a full sized cup full. In other words, we have to make two Latte's or Cappuccinos on top of each other in order to fill a regular sized coffee cup. 2. There needs to be an alarm or indication of some sort when the beans run low. It tells you when the water runs out, when it's time to change the filter, when to empty the grains... but it does not tell you when it's time to add beans to the top. And since our machine sits under a cabinet, it is not completely obvious when the beans run low... so we find our selves sometimes making "blanks" - the machine goes through the whole "grinding" and brewing process only to shoot plain water into the steamed/frothed milk! Ugh.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoying homemade specialty coffee

The ground coffee function does not work.
A lot of water is wasted because of the system cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Making custom coffees is simple, you have so many options ! Water high temp setup could be hotter. Water filter could last longer (and are expensive)
