A great coffee maker with a minor concern…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A gift from my son and daughter-in-law, they know how much I love good coffee….and this makes my morning coffee experience a marvel. It is easy to make coffee and easy to clean (that’s a plus!). The only thing that bothers me is the water jug connection is hard to press tight…..after I press it tight, the sign (problem) still shows. I have to press press….. not sure it’s a defect? Otherwise, I highly recommended it to my friends and family members….. several already shown interests!

Amazing improvement over previous models

The ease of refilling the water, of emptying the dregs, and filling the coffee hopper are well thought out. And for making cappuccinos or lattes the new latte-go feature is amazingly easy and the resulting drinks are excellent.

Great product! Fancy drinks made simple

Milk attachment is AWESOME! Hard to clean bottom tho with my hands and a cloth (cant fit) love how i can choose grind and strength

We love this machine and has been our only source of hot drinks since we purchased this in March 2021. However lately there have been a couple of issues (probably with the brew group) that Philips is working on to resolve. Pre-ground coffee doesn't always brew (about 75% of the time). Also once a few cups have been brewed (from beans) the coffee grounds seem to not clear completely requiring the brew group having to be partially removed or jiggled with to clear. Other than that no issues whatsoever.
