Configuration is Frustrating

This has been the most frustrating process I've had with an elgato product. The lights will laterally not connect to the wifi no matter how many times a reset them power down, or re add the wifi. I have 2 Elgato Key lights on the same 2.4 network that have no issue. I bought 2 sets and neither connect. All i get is 2 Light Strip Networks that serve no purpose to me or anyone else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
