I often rely on product reviews when purchasing unfamiliar products. When looking for a upscale kitchen faucet for our new custom home. We are extremely pleased with the look and quality of the flow faucet. Easy to install diy and a wow factor in our new kitchen.

Good Product - Control box is a bit fragile.

We bought two of these faucets for our home. Installation was a breeze and love the functionality. But a couple of months in we turned the knob of the control box to disable the faucet and it broke off. I would expect a bit better quality for the price paid. The faucet still functions but the sensor no longer works because of the broken piece. We'll be more careful with the faucet that is still working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good at first, but not built to last.

I had a professional plumber install the faucet, so I know it was done right. The automatic sensor worked great, but the batteries kept going out every month or so. Duracell batteries, so not really cheap batteries. Then after a year, the handle broke off. Not as high quality as I first thought. Maybe I just got a defective one. It was great for a while though.

Great quality faucet with awesome functtionality

I bought this faucet about 4 months ago, and it's been working great from the beginning. It was easy to install and once you get used to it, easy to operate! I have had no issues with leaks or phantom ons, and the quality of the the unit is top-notch! I recommend this to all of my friends and family!
