Seriously "Flawed" faucet

From new to require repair in less than a week. Leaky handle turned this purchase into a nightmare. Then, after a strange process and mandatory waiver of product liability, the manufacturer sent a part to be replaced, a cartridge, without instruction on how to replace it. The true name of this product should be "Flaw" for bio-bidet deliberately selling a faulty defective product

Faucet came well packed and screams quality!
Installation manual is easy to follow, and the actual installation went very smooth. I took out the older one which required some cleaning especially the 3 sink holes.
At first I installed it in the middle hole like the older faucet, then it felt wrong because of the motion sensor, you'd want to stand infront of it when you want to activate the flow as opposed to standing in the middle of the sink twin, I didn't like it so I shifted it to the right which left me with an extra sink hole which is fine, it only took me another trip to home depot to buy a sink hole cover and that's it.
When I tested it for the first time, I was under impression that the motion sensor keeps the flow as long as your hands there, but it is actually a little different, so you have to wave one time to activate the flow and then wave the second time to stop it! But still I loved it!
Now that we're getting used to it, I'm not sure I can live without it. I'm a little concerned on how long the batteries will last, I'm assuming pretty long time since these types of sensors does not consume much energy so let's see! :)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Handsfree Faucet

WE bought this off woot for a fantastic price. And i absolutely love it. It cuts down on how much water i use and makes cleaning a lot quicker.

Good Quality, excellent price, minor drawbacks

Bought this a couple of weeks ago at Costco, since they were having a very good promotion on it, and we needed a new kitchen faucet.
Overall, I'm quite pleased with the quality, and with how it works.
Major pluses:
- very easy to install
- good price
- nice finish
- looks like a decent construction quality
A few drawbacks:
- doesn't come with soap dispenser
- if you have a double sink, DON'T leave the faucet head pointing down at the space between the sinks - you'll end up with water all over your counter if you accidentally move something in front of the sensor
- doesn't seem to allow as strong a water flow as the faucet I replaced.

Impressive style and function

The faucet is a quality item and solidly built and finished. The installation instructions were easily followed and made simple by the quick connect fittings. However the instructions were unclear when using the deck plate for a 3-hole sink. The grooves in the deck plate are supposed to line up with bosses on the bottom of the faucet but there were no bosses. The faucet rotated on the deck plate and would not tighten up. I had to remove the entire assembly (not easy) and use a large o-ring (included for I-hole installation). The faucet would still not hand tighten per the instructions. I notched a length of 2" PVC pipe and used that as a tool to tighten the mounting nut. The faucet works as described and there were no leaks from any of the quick connects.

This is a great faucet!

I bought this a month ago and I'm so very happy with this purchase. The motion sensor is a great feature and I absolutely love the retraction feature of the tap. I am a quadriplegic in a wheelchair and the sensor is wonderful because I no longer need to turn the kitchen tap on and off with the handle, I just wave my hand in front of the sensor and bingo, water. My with loves to be able to use the retractable hose to fill her pots with water and it's long enough to reach both sides of the sink without any trouble. I love this faucet!

Handsome and Functional

A kitchen faucet upgrade was near the top of our wish list, but wow, the prices! Snapped this one up when I saw it because it had the style and features we were looking for- then kind of panicked when I realized that I'd never heard of the manufacturer. Oops. Not my best moment as a careful consumer. Fortunately the faucet arrived quickly, and looked fabulous. Yes, the pull-down component is plastic, but it looks great and functions perfectly. The sensor is amazing, folks! Don't let all those dysfunctional public restroom faucets scare you. This faucet responds correctly every time. Very happy with the quality of this faucet and installation went smoothly.
