My Cat loves it!

I purchased this a few months ago and I am absolutely pleased with this tap set. very easy installation, quality components and great water flow. The only downfall and its not a downfall of the product, just my cat. He loves to turn it on and drink from the tap. If i could only teach him to turn it off. Any different from kids? Nope!

Great Kitchen Faucet!

We love this kitchen faucet! We especially love the fact that when you pull down on the sprayer it automatically turns on and when you retract it the water turns off!

Very easy and intuitive installation. Motion sensing is sometimes difficult to activate. I love that you can easily switch to manual use. 3 minute timeout is really long for typical use (most visits to the faucet are 30 seconds or less for me), so you have to pull and let go the sprayer to manually turn off. That just takes some getting used to but I do notice that it leaves less water spotting on the faucet and counter because the turn off is over the sink rather than the lever. I like it and it looks real fancy.

Excellent for busy house!

We just installed this faucet with no problems, love that it does not need any hardwiring or to be plugged in. We have 4 kids and i was worried about how rough they would be with it (yanking the faucet around) but the faucet is solid and use is smooth. The sensor works great, the look is sleek.

Good quality purchase

We are first time customers that were very impressed with your offerings and Customer Service.Great automated faucet . We like turning on and off with motion sensor. Pull out hose also great in both shower and regular flows and good it turns off automatically when retracts to normal position. Faucet is large so it is good we have a large sink. .

Worked good until.....

We have had this faucet for about 6 months, loved it, worked great! Then all of a sudden, we can no longer adjust the water flow even after changing the batteries. My husband has checked everything and all looks good. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Perfect Faucet!!!!

I needed a new faucet in my kitchen for my new house. The one that came in the house practically exploded! This faucet was an awesome purchase! The bronze color is perfect to go with my cabinets. I love that it is touchless. No more dirty, sticky handle! I also love that it has an auto shut off! Sometimes the kids will leave the faucet on and if I’m not around I know this will shut off within a few minutes! It’s just perfect! I can’t say enough about this faucet! This faucet was also very affordable especially with being touchless and having the auto shut off. Some other faucets we looked at were anywhere from $350-$600 and they weren’t even touchless. I love my BioBidet Flow faucet! This I my first BioBidet Flow and it won’t be my last!
