Read this before you buy a high end faucet

This is a highly functional, affordable, and ergonomic kitchen faucet. My husband and father in-law just installed it tonight, and I am so pleased with it. I love the sensor that activates the faucet (I'm thinking sticky hands from making pasta), and the automatic spray when the hose is pulled. They are luxuries, without the luxury price tag. This was very affordable compared to other well known brands, and the design is sleek and works perfectly with our updated kitchen. Highly recommend!

Worked Great for 3 Months

Worked flawlessly for first three months and then had to change batteries. Would then turn off and on erratically. Was sent a new black box which did the same thing 1 week later. 2nd response was to reboot the system. Worked for a few hours then back to erratic behavior. 3 inquiry as to how to get refund or replacement was ignored. You be the consumer on this one...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Kitchen Faucet

I ordered my kitchen faucet a couple of weeks ago. It came when promised and it was package really well. Installation was a breeze once I got the old unit off. Love the clean simple lines snd no more nasty faucet to clean because of sticky hands. The pull down feature works really well to clean and rinse dishes and it goes back into place neatly and smoothly every time. Love it!

I installed this faucet yesterday (8-24-21), very easy to do and the instructions are easy to follow. Since I've been using it, I love the hands-free features, quality, and look. I would recommend this product to others.

My wonderful touchless faucet

I bought this 2 years ago, its been great, just a a little problem with the batteries, have had to replace 3 times in a month. I am going to call the great customer care team and see what i need to do to fix. I love my faucet.

Worked fine for a short while and now doesn’t

Purchased this faucet for the hands-free feature and here I am a short time later with a faucet that doesn’t have a hands-free feature. My sensor doesn’t work and replaced all the batteries. The unit pulsates and the sensor blinks repeated on each phase of water pulse. They offer zero troubleshooting info on this in manual or online.
For spending that kind of money on a faucet I could’ve went out and bought a manual one if that’s what I thought I was going to end up with after such a short while. Not too thrilled at the quality.
They say they have a five year “full 100% parts and labor” from purchase date in manual… but let’s see if they hold their end of the bargain. I have yet to hear back from anyone when I emailed and sent a direct message via their social media. Not sure if I should hold my breath.

Easy Installation

Our Flow faucet just came in yesterday and we immediately got to work on it. Within the hour it was finished and working magnificently. The installation instructions are easy to follow and the faucet itself is very convenient
