Good Faucet

Installed the Faucet about a month ago, so far no issues. Packaged in the box very well. Excellent craftsmanship, no visible defects on any of faucet components. Instructions are very simplified without much description and require a bit of trial and error while installing (if you are not an expert). Hardware provided to hang the control box was low quality and stripped instantly. Mechanism to switch from Auto to Manual mode could be simpler.
Motion Sensor works very well, Auto shutoff is handy but can be a bit cumbersome when you want water to stay on for longer than 3 minutes. Pull-down auto-on feature is very handy! Considering what is out there for faucets from other manufacturers and the cost - this faucet has very good bang for the buck.

I purchased this around 3 months ago and I'm really pleased with it. I really like the hands free motion sensor and the retractable hose. The only thing I would change on it would be the location of the sensor. It's currently on the left hand side, it would be more convenient if it was on the right hand side. The installation was also quite simple which was a bonus! Overall, an excellent product for its price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this faucet for a few weeks ago and installed to my new kicthen. This is my first faucet purchase and hence I did a lot of research before placing the order. It has similar functions to many other expensive faucets that cost 3x more. Great purchase and works well!

I bought this about 2 months ago and finally got around to installing. I like the look of the faucet and it works great! Hopefully no problems down the road and glad there is a 5 year warrant.
