My wife & I love the features of the faucet. The hands free motion detection is wonderful. The installation was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. We are very happy with our purchase!

I bought this Faucet for my New Kitchen. It is a Great Faucet. My wife and myself love the looks, design and features. I ordered it online and it came very quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Would surely recommend to others!

We’ve purchased it from Costco. Great faucet! We are pleased with this purchase! The tap is a lovely sleek, modern design. Even the way it is packaged makes a very good impression. The finish is a lovely brushed finish. The wave-on, wave-off feature works fine. No more fingerprints and water to continually wipe off the faucet and counter top. Love the pull out feature that turns on and off automatically when retracted. One thing to note: this style faucets require the faucet to be placed a minimum of 2.5 inches (center of the faucet) from the wall in order to get the handle to be pushed all the way back, allowing maximum hot water temperature. In our case the clearance is less than that, so I had to rotate the faucet approximately 15 degrees off-center in order to allow max hot water. So far we didn’t notice any hot water back-flow as some people commented.

Purchased this product 1 week ago and it was simple to install and has worked great since the installation. It would have been nice if the batteries had been included and the included manual notes a 1 yr warranty but the website indicates the warranty is 5 yr.

I Guess It's Okay!

So bought two of these to try on a special, received them in the mail and took a quick look at them. The concept is very neat and once out of the great packaging job I noticed they were lighter then I expect, but my real complaint comes from the fact that the nozzle will not stay where it is supposed to when you are not using it as a wand. Tried adjusting the weight location, but just could not get it to stay seated, so unfortunately I had to return them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very impressed! Great value for the price, nice design and function, DIY easy installation! Pull down on/off function is awesome, sensor works great. My 7 year old daughter loves it! It would have been nice to have the pull down hose be stainless instead of nylon for quality for wear and tear ... but time will tell. Have recommended to friends and family. Would be great if there was a bathroom version to match!
