Beautiful Faucet!

This is the nicest faucet we have ever bought! It was very easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. The hardest part was removing the old faucet!
We love the hands-free on/off. The motion sensor works great! We are completely satisfied with our purchase and have already recommended this faucet to friends.

Easy installation, took 5min to 'learn' hands free

Installation was very easy, although the instructions were not amazing. Good enough to know what to do, buy we were left making some assumptions (sooo, do we not use the O-ring for three hole installation?). To finish the installation, we did have to purchase two water hose extenders from local Lowes, but I'm assuming this was unique to our installation.
The hands free operation is awesome. It's quiet, fast, and predictable every time. This faucet turned our otherwise dated kitchen into something from this century.

What an upgrade!!!

Bought this kitchen faucet a couple months ago. Did the instillation myself. Instructions were very easy to understand and act out. Hardest part of the install was actually removing the old faucet! I did have one little problem right at the end when I was testing everything... When I switched from motion sensor mode to manual mode (turning a small twist valve at the bottom of the box you need to install under the sink), water started leaking big time from that valve. No problem though as you can take that whole valve out, I wrapped with plumbers tape around the thread and then screwed it back in...no more leak. It's been two months now and everything seems perfect. Love the upgrade from my old 3 handle to the single and the motion sensor works great. Love that you can turn on and off as well just by simply pulling out faucet hose and then retracting. My wife was super skeptical that a) I was going to be able to install properly and not cause a flood, and b) was going to work well enough that motion sensor was worth it. She is a convert and loves it just as much as I do! Great product, easy install and works flawlessly...definitely recommend!

2017, embracing automation

I bought a similar faucet at Menards, then found this online for just a bit more ... with touchless operation. When I returned the other faucet, I checked and didn't see any with touchless operation. I feel smart for my choice every time I turn it on or off with a wave of my hand. I can't imagine not having this technology in 2017. Heck, should have had it in 2011.

Love hands-free!

Am enjoying this faucet BUT the black plastic neck that holds the spray nozzle in place frequently comes out with the nozzle. It also swivels around inside the mouth of the faucet. Not a big deal to re-attach it, but thinking of giving it a drop of superglue to see if that takes care of the problem. But we love hands-free operation!

We purchased this faucet in December and just love it. We recommend it to everyone. The motion sensor works exceptionally well, theres no delay and it always turns on or off as expected (unlike public restrooms where you can never get the water to turn on) The features are great, such as the spray and auto shut off when returning the spray nosel to the faucet base. Keeps faucet clean, and its great when washing meats or anything that you would not want to touch the faucet while cleaning.
The faucet can be challenging for guests using your kitchen sink, so you will need to explain how the faucet works when people are not familiar with sensor faucets. Would never go back to a manual faucet.
