Good sound quality ruined by lousy user experience

The controls are not intuitive and give zero feedback to the user. The speaker also dies if left unused for a couple of days so unless you remember to charge it in the hours before needing it, it's useless. When you try to turn it on, there is just a red glow that is not clear if it means it's on or the battery has died. There is no battery indicator unless your phone is connected. Swapping out the paired phone is a pain every time because the controls are not intuitive. The best way is to turn off Bluetooth of the connected phone and then try pairing with the new phone.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable
