It wasn't easy to set both on the home WI-FI network, and even much more difficult out of the home to Bluetooth.
Pros: Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

Great speaker that puts out great sound. Apple airplay 2 connectivity often stutters the audio and ends up being the inferior option between it and Bluetooth which should not be the case. Hoping a firmware update resolves this issue.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Superior Sound

Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time, money, and sanity on a Roam. Sonos makes amazing products with flawless sound, but the Roam is not among those products. For reliable & stellar sound, go for the old generation Play 1. I have 2 that have lasted 10 years and are still going strong! I've had to replace BOTH my Roams TWICE. Never again.

This product is entirely too difficult to set up. You have to set it up on a sonos network or it will not work at all. I bought it for travel and couldnt use it. Too many other great brands out there to mess with the issues from this speaker.

Listening to relaxing music in multiple rooms. Sound quality is definitely enhanced in stereo, which means 2 speakers are needed in each room. Wish the stereo feature could be available when limited to Bluetooth without wifi.

I love this speaker. It has amazing sound as one would expect from Sonos and the incorporation of Google Assistant as well as Alexa makes this the perfect device to handle all my needs. My favorite spot for this speaker so far has been on the back of my garden tub. I love being able to lay in the tub and play music without having to fidget with buttons or apps. I also don't have to worry about it being splashed or accidentally dunked in (although this hasn't happened yet, thankfully.) I also love that I can take it with me and it's ready to pair to bluetooth when I need it. Definitely a speaker everyone needs...
