Best experience music ever !!!!!! I love sound and I love sonos, I was dessapointed when my Sonos Play 5 gets out of S2, but a bad corporate decision did not affects at all my full view. I'm PROUD to have Sonos and I'm a FAN of the brand, and what it represents.
Pros: Premium Support, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Alexa drains Battery, Difficult Setup

Wifi connection to setup is plain stupid for a bluetooth device Using an app to setup the speaker is madness, and i have to connect the device to wireless, I have multiple wifi access points. Unable to connect via bluetooth other bluetooth speakers and much easier Also, the button design is so hard and it's horrible, could be a bitt better design there

Cons: Cannot connect from laptop via bluetooth, Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Not expandable

I bought this to be able to connect it to my play:1 stereo pair and it just doesn't work. Play:1s don't support airplay so this would have been my only option

Buy from a brick and mortar store. Not online, and definitely not direct from Sonos. Sonos let's their dealers turn people on to the product and they they solicit that same customer to buy future products directly from them, cutting out the dealer. Pretty shady way to do business really.

Sound is good but the value isn't there. Not intuitive to add to an existing room or remove from the room. Had to search google for the answer. A friend has a Bose product, way easier to use and equal sound quality. Battery life is OK not great.

I take it with me on long walks (3 to 5 miles); love not having to wear headphones or earbuds. So far I have used it paired by bluetooth with my Ipod. Get strange looks when other people hear the sound quality and volume on by walks, but no visible source (no boom box).
