Failed 2 years after purchase, "out of warranty"

Very difficult to use - this is NOT a portable speaker suitable for travel. Mine failed after two years (will no longer turn on), and i was told that a 30% discount on a new product was the best they can do. Sonos products are already fussy, and this is the end for me - I will not be adding any new Sonos products to my home.
Cons: Unreliable

Had this a few years now and it's never really worked properly. Rest it it, moved nearer WiFi. It certainly doesn't roam. Very disappointed.
Pros: Intermittent playing, Poor Connection Options
Cons: Poor Sound Quality, Unreliable

Battery crapped out after a year or so. Multiple times had to be hard reset after battery died and lost connection to the system. Dozens of reports on this, the product should be recalled and refunded for all before it's too late. Report any issues when they happen prior to warranty expiring. I own 6 Sonos products, this is by far the worst.

Glitchy, but better than competitors

We use this speaker nearly daily since its initial launch. It sounds great, and setup is easy, but we've had to perform factory resets on it 5 times now. Occasionally it will blast white noise VERY loudly, then shuts off. It either needs a factory reset or (strangely) about 24 hours to rest and recover. Voice controls work 90% of the time.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Unreliable
