I thought and expected the sounds quality to be better that my small Bose. Regretfully, in side by side comparison, it falls short of competing with the Bose that has an overall better sound quality and better Bass. Orchestral performances sound tinny, drums sounds unclear. Over all poor product. Very nice size. wonderful directions.

The setup is very difficult especially when pairing with other speakers. To be clear, the instructions are not difficult, but the connection rarely works and the app choices are not user intuitive. There is a connection drop for one second a couple of times a minute. I shouldn't have to make so many choices just to play music. I was very excited to set up, and the quality of the sound is amazing. Too bad it is so disheartening to use.

Got over the holidays and was excited to have new bath time speaker. Had issues getting connected to the Sonos app from day 1. What really drove me up a wall was how it always got stuck in "sleep mode," no matter what I did. Bluetooth seemed to work fine but then I'd rather just spend less on regular bluetooth speaker. Sound was mid, too.

Product was not new. Box was sealed but I had to do a factory reset because it had been previously set up. Upon close inspection you could see that the buttons had been used before. Bought a new product and expected a new product. Disappointed.
