Doesn't stay connected to wifi. Spoke to Sonos numerous times with no success of dropping after a few days. No problems with other Sonos products such as One, Five, and Boost dropping connection.
Pros: Wireless
Cons: Unreliable

Doesn't work with the Sonos Ray. The Ray works great but adding the Roam with the Ray doesn't work. We called the help line many times and they couldn't get it working either.

Only pro is It played music when it worked. Speaker quality isn't any better than some lower quality speakers. battery is the worst. doesn't connect sometimes. always turning itself on. now the speaker is dead and I can't charge it. Had the speaker for about 16 months. I would never buy a Sonos or recommend. should have purchased a JBL.

My first Sonos, but it won't be my last for sure. Hands down the best small portable Bluetooth speaker I own in terms of the build and sound quality. Would have given 5 stars if it was not for the set up being not very intuitive for me, and I wish there was a separate Bluetooth button.

Overall, this is a great product. The sound is awesome. I actually compared it to my vizio soundbar kind of. The bass is very disappointing but the range is awesome. My only con about this device is the volume level. I have had this for less than a week and I am having troubles with the device staying at a certain volume point. For instance, if I playing a song at 100 volume, it goes down to volume 15 for some reason. Really debating on returning the speaker.

Big sound from a small speaker

Very impressed with the sound from this speaker. Very similar sound to a Sonos One (at approximately 1/3 the size). Purchased with wireless charger for an upcoming vacation, I can't speak to battery life. There should be additional accessories available; namely a carrying case, some type of carrying strap, the ability to add a carabineer. I purchased all of the above from a third-party site, but would prefer that Sonos offered.

Cons: Difficult to turn off, Doesn't come with a carrying strap, Doesn't come with a travel case
