Had much difficulty with the set up because the inventor of this thing must have had a bad relationship with his/her grandparents because it is impossible for those of us over 65 to see the controls on the top. Also I thought once I had it setup that I could take it anywhere, but when I took it to me office, it now requires a whole new set up. While your customer services reps were very patient there should be a warning on the box "not for anyone over 65."

I use the Roam when staying in hotels and occasionally at home in the bedroom. There seems to be issues when switching from my home wifi to other wifi as well as from bluetooth to wifi & back again. Not as seamless as I would expect/desire. Another minor disappointment is the requirement to physically turn the speaker on...can't be done via the app. Same SONOS sound...you either love it or hate it. I have 4 Play 1's and a Playbar so obviously I enjoy the convenience/sound.

Couldn't recommend this enough! Amazing sound and clear bass. The roam is my go-to for getting quality sound on the go. Honestly, once you try you won't go back! The sound this thing produces is nothing short of mind blowing for the size and form factor. It can give subtle ambiance or fill a sizeable room! 10/10. No regrets!

These Sonos speakers have terrific sound! I'm so impressed with them! I put them in two different rooms and my whole house is filled with music! I had a stereo system when I was younger and got rid of it all thinking the little portable speakers were the way to go but... this is amazing!

Great sound quality, unusable bluetooth

When I was able to get it to connect this little speaker sounded great, but every time I try to switch between devices it won't pair at all. I have to figure out which device it's connected to and turn off bluetooth on that device and then try to pair again after a few hours. Terrible user experience.

I have a Move and it is the single best Bluetooth speaker I've ever heard. Decided to add a Roam for more casual use (eg, trips to the park). First, had to replace the Roam since it was defective after running diagnostics. Have still had trouble - especially toggling between Bluetooth and Wi-Fi; on a trip we accidentally factory reset just trying to pair a Bluetooth device. This ultimately bricked our Roam for the rest of the trip since we needed a Wi-Fi network to restart setup. It's a bad experience for a Bluetooth speaker. My ask: similar to the Move, have a dedicated Bluetooth / Wi-Fi button separate from the power button.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Poor Sound Quality, Unreliable
