Wanted to put near my chair so I would not have to have volume up to hear TV. I have spoken to tech support for over an hour no help.
Pros: Easy to Set Up
Cons: Poor Sound Quality, Unreliable

This is my 3rd unit to replace the 1st two units. The 1st unit I received did not work out of the box. I could not exchange it. Had to return it for a full refund then buy a 2nd unit. The 2nd unit failed after 1.5 years. Will no longer sync up to the system, and can not blue tooth to it. No diagnostics available to help solve the problem. And it failed just after warranty was over adding additional frustration. The Warranty service needs a lot of work. Hard to find on the SONOS web site that try's to steer you back to buying new speakers.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Expandable, Free Control Options, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, I have had 2 of these units fail within 2 years.

I have replaced this 3 times wanted to like it. However, this is the most difficult speaker to set up and it breaks a little over a year after having them (Just after the warranty expires the internal battery fails) I have multiple other Sonos products that I absolutely love however this one has not lived up to expectations.
Pros: Expandable
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

Randomly disconnects all the time,, specially over Bluetooth

It's great to move around the house and pair with other sonos devices. However, it is terribly unreliable when used over Bluetooth, it turns itself on and wastes all the battery, offering a very very poor experience for what it costs.

Loved the portability of the Roam I purchased in May of 2022... until it completely stopped working with the dreaded and well documented "unresponsive solid orange light" issue. The unit is completely bricked and the best Sonos support could offer is a discount on a new product.

Hello, I bought a pair of Sonos, Roam speakers, thinking that I could set them up anywhere, meaning, I could bring them to the beach or camping with me, and have a pair working together, but I have learned that two Roams will not work once they are off of Wi-Fi and only on Bluetooth. Is this true? Only one of the two Roams will work when I am only on Bluetooth? It seems other manufacturers already have this worked out. I wanted to buy the best so I bought Sonos, but at least right now I am confused. please clarify.
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Very easy to use, portable and great sound at higher levels. Missing a bit of the low end bass but not a game breaker. I am huge Sonos fan so it just adds nicely to the collection
