I followed the directions exactly out of the box, It will not stay joined to my network. When I shut it off it loses itself; the only solution the app repeatedly offers is to turn my router off and on, which interferes with my other gear (signal is great, my TV/computer/phone etc all have no problem). The rare (2) times has connected to my network (seemingly at random), as soon as I stop listening it gets lost again. The battery will not charge from a wall outlet, only from my laptop; since the only battery charge indicator is on the Sonos app and the app usually can't find the speaker, it's almost impossible to know battery charge. The online guide has been no help. I'll eventually get this solved or just sell it, but for now I'm on Bluetooth, which works perfectly, but I should have just bought a cheap Bluetooth speaker.

I can not get it set up. It makes you download an app which I already have and it will not notice the new device. It just keeps telling me to download the app, log in, etc. etc. I even had a super tech savy friend help me and even he couldn't get it to sync. Totally frustrating. I can't even use it.

Quite possibly the worst personal speaker that I've ever owned. This product has no business being the price that it is. 10-hour battery life? The battery will drain when not in use. Why? How does the battery drain when the device is powered completely off? I don't use the Sonos app, so bringing the app to the forefront is not excuse. Sonos should be ashamed.

Intermittent connection, music would cut in and out. Sent diagnostic info to Sonos and never heard anything back. Wasn't my network, other sonos speakers, like the Symfonisk work fine.

I use this product as portable extension to my Sonos network. I have a Sonos Five, soundbar, a shelf speaker. I thought this would be a great addition that I can bring outside with me. However it always disconnects and constantly needs a hard re-start, like every hour or so. Very Very annoying. I'm disappointed Sonos put this product out, as I'm now seeing a lot of people have the same issues.

Impossible to set up, long charge time

I'm tech competent but setting this thing up is horrible. First, you can't set it up or connect to it for the first 2-3 hours after it's run out of battery, even if it's plugged in. Then, connection can only happen over wifi and it's unreliable over bluetooth, so say goodbye to using it outside the home or using it with a desktop device that doesn't have access to the app. Also the battery life is bad and it takes forever to charge

I have yet to be able to play music on this product. The worst. So difficult to operate, and once outside the help of sonos personnel, the product becomes unworkable. All I wanted was a simple, good sounding speaker for use in blue tooth mode. UGHHHH
