I have the surround sound bar and it's good sound quality so I thought the speaker would be same but I'm actually disappointed

A deeply regrettable purchase

I was so excited about the small and portable option, since our condo has a large terrace and limited electrical. SO dissatisfied with Roam. They consistently drop off the network, show as needing to charge (while plugged in), are difficult to power off/on, which is needed to TRY to get them reconnected. Would never purchase these again.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

I hate this speaker. It's hard to turn on. Only sometimes seamlessly connects like my old JBL. I'm past my time to return it or I would. My first Sonos product and I am highly disappointed.

I bought this product as everyone told me how good Sonos was, but it never connects to my phone. I've managed a few times but it cuts out or is really lagging. My friends have tried too and failed to connect as well. Ended up buying a Sony speaker which connects well and was half the price. Very disappointed in this product and can't express enough....don't waste your time and money.

This product is a real bummer. It seems so good but it randomly disconnects when listening to supported services and sometimes between songs I have to manually turn the volume up again. Called technical support and they blatantly lied to me. Oh - also apparently YouTube (20 years old) isn't supported.

Cons: Doesn't support YouTube, Poor Customer Service, Unreliable

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Won't connect after a month of working fine. Stopped connecting altogether, no customer support from Sonos whatsoever. Completely over this company that someone makes everything overly complicated and engineered. Never purchasing from Sonos again.

This device really is a waste of money. Every time I want to use it I end up an hour on the phone to the Sonos support centre trying to get it to connect. When it does work the batt lasts for aboit 5 mins and then it dies. Keep having to reset, reboot or re-initialize every time I use it . .wish I could get a refund but it's 4 months old now and useless . . . AVOID THIS PRODUCT

I have have had multiple Bluetooth audio speakers and I thought the Sonos Roam would be the ultimate. So far it's been hard to use, defective (they sent me a new one after my first one didn't work) and almost impossible to connect to my streaming source. Not a pleasant, easy to use device. It was supposed to be fun.
