This little triangular speaker makes Bose run for cover. Marshall has power, and boom, but nothing like the Roam.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Challenging product.

When this product is at my home and plugged in, it works fine for the most part. When disconnected from power and on the move is when it becomes challenging. Which is sort of the whole point of the product. When I travel with it, it frequently just dies and I have to reboot factory settings. The Bluetooth doesn't seem to work and deciphering blinking light codes to troubleshoot is maddening. It no longer charges on the wireless charger at all and I'm currently stuck on a constant blinking white light when connected to power but connecting with the app is not working and doing factory reset is not working. I love my 5 other Sonos products. But not this one.

Cons: Difficult to Use, Unreliable

I will likely return the second Roam

I just bought my second Roam speaker so I can play stereo when I take my Airstream camping. For the second time I had to call Sonos and do many tasks for over an hour to get it on to my home network (same as with 1st speaker). You have to accomplish that to set up the speaker for the 1st time. I ran into the same issue at work and gave up. Everyone talks about how easily this stuff works. Absolutely not my experience. So far nothing has worked as expected. However, if you can get it to work, as I finally have on my home network, it sounds terrific. Also one speaker sounds good on Bluetooth with my iPad but, you can't hook up 2 speakers via Bluetooth so you can't get stereo. I will likely return the second Roam. Too bad.

Not worth the effort

We decided to replace our Alexa units in two rooms but the set up and operation are difficult and complicated. We use Apple Music and Amazon music and can't get either to work.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

Sonos has been very good honoring their warranty. I had to ship back 2 of 6 products within 1.5 year

I would highly recommend any of the Sonos products. They have the best wireless sound technology in the market. I tried several brands and Sonos by far is superior

Purchased a Roam over a year ago. Couldn't get it to work one day. Online chat tried to help to no avail. They offered a new replacement, no questions asked other than to return the old one at no cost. So kind. So professional. Exceptional customer care!
