Have owned Sonos products from the start and love them . This venture into the small portable Roam is by far the worst product I've experienced! There is no easily switching between different people at the event that want to play music . The Roam is the worst speaker I've had for this. It rarely communicates with new sources( phones) for easy transition into random person playing music. Bought a JBL for this reason and it is not even close to how easy it is to sync to JBL. Sonos syncing is as complicated as it gets . JBL, a person with no tech savvy could figure out instantly. My Sonos Roam is out of my rotation never to come back . Probably not a market Sonos should be in. Too many better options in the small portable Bluetooth speakers.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable
