I have several Sonos devices throughout my home. The Roam used in the garage quit working and unfortunately was out of warranty. Called Support to help troubleshoot the issue and they ended up sending me a replacement at no charge. Fan for life!

I bought this Roam for my daughter so my other one wouldn't keep disappearing. She absolutely loves it. She brings it everywhere, from the shower to the beach to her workouts. The combination of Bluetooth and WiFi is a home run! Keep up the good work SONOS.

I love everything about it but the first day of having it I had to search "Sonos roam bit turning on" and had to look up a YouTube video saying a factory reset (holding the power for 12 seconds) would fix it-which luckily it did right away, but was slightly peeved to have my brand new speaker and already working out some kinks. BUT since then there have not been any issues and I love how light and compact it is with such great sound.
