Love the size, sound, app, way it works with Alexa commands. Twice the item died and was not able to turn it on. Did all of the suggestions etc. Saw on the web that many other users had the same issue. After going through a longish "confirmation" the company replaced the unit (both times) To me, Sonos is quality and this disappointed me. The support people either did not know about the issue, or were told to make the user try a million things to confirm you had the well known issue. Would love if they offer a discount to the new model for people who have the original Roam. I know it is not if it will fail again - but when Feels like a V1 of the product
