Could be better

I have almost every Sonos product in my house. I purchased the Roam because its very easy to carry around, I have the Move which I love but it can be a little big to carry around at times. I am happy with the product (The Roam) itself but I am not happy at all because it does not come with a charger. They expect you to have the correct charger at home or purchase another one. This made me very unhappy when I received it because I was excited to try it out but couldn't because I had to purchase a charger thats strong enough to charge. My brother purchased the Roam and was also very disappointed that this product did not come with its charger, especially since it requires a stronger that normal USB charger. This is why I give it only 3 stars.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: No charger

Engineers should think more about user interface. Makes no sense to make controls and everything black. This eliminates to the visual in all conditions. I needed to put colored stickers on....

Can't set it up. Need to go to some remote part of phone to get codes. Worked once. Never able to get it to recognize my iPhone music. Alexa, although not portable, much more responsive

I added the Roam to my already existing two sonos speakers. I LOVE it. The sound is excellent and now I can take it outdoors to listen while I relax on my patio. It was easy to add to my existing system and provides a larger area for music to be in almost all of my home.
